On Demand

SPF On Demand is a subscription-based platform created to give pregnant and postpartum athletes immediate and affordable access to the specialized training that Steph provides.

The platform provides follow-along strength workout videos ranging from 20 to 30 minutes, tailored to each stage of pregnancy and postpartum. New videos are added every month and you can get started with a 7-day free trial!

Self-Guided
Program

Whether you’re an experienced athlete or passionate beginner, Steph will build you a personalized training program that is science-based and designed specifically to meet your needs, using the equipment you have access to. After your free consultation, your personalized program includes:

  • Detailed fitness history and health assessment 

  • Goal setting session

  • Programming document and video demonstrations of all movements 

  • Bi-weekly check in and progress tracking 

  • Year-round access for communication via text and/or email

Personalized programs are typically 6- or 9-weeks in length, but different intervals are available upon request.

Personal
Training

Personal training with Steph begins with your free consultation, followed by a thorough assessment of your overall health, short and long-term goals and prior experience with fitness and nutrition. Steph uses this information to tailor-make a powerful, effective program to meet your needs, with maximum results. In your one-on-one sessions, you’ll receive physical and mental coaching to safely increase weight, add intensity and break through barriers to gain strength and confidence.

Personal training is available virtually or at Steph’s private gym located in North York (Jane and Trethewey).
